食材准备 

5只鸡大腿,1大匙料酒,1大匙白糖,1又1/2茶匙蚝油,2大匙酱油,1/2茶匙香油,1/8茶匙干姜粉,1/4茶匙老抽,2大匙山茶油,1大匙白芝麻,2根香菜,半个洋葱, 3大匙青豆 , 盐适量    

步骤 

1. 鸡腿去皮、去骨,剁小块,加料酒、 白糖 、盐、 蚝油、 酱油 、香油 、干姜粉和老抽抓匀密封好,放到冰箱腌制至少一小时,时间长一点儿会更入味 

2. 中高火把锅烧热放入山茶油,随后平放入腌好的鸡腿肉,煎至两面金黄 ;倒入青豆再煎两三分钟即可 

3. 煎好的鸡腿铺在米饭上再撒上芝麻、香菜和洋葱碎 

一顿饭且做,且吃, 且饮。一人食也值得,只要是把生命"浪费"在美好的事物上。
